Nightcap Soothing Tea for Sleep

2020 has been stressful and the holidays can make things even more stressful which is leaving many of us struggling to get a good night’s sleep. This warm and soothing lemonly tea has just the right amount of cannabis (TCH) to take the edge of and help give a wonderfully restful sleep. Drink it about an hour before bed and you’ll wake up ready to enjoy the holidays.

Preparation:

Make the simple syrup (recipe below). Mix with fresh lemon juice and Deep Sleep tincture. Mix ingredients in a mug and top off with hot water, or try with a splash of soda water and ice.

Chamomile honey simple syrup:

Pour ½ cup hot water over 2 chamomile tea bags and infuse for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeeze out water, and discard bags. Add ½ cup honey and stir to dissolve. Let syrup cool to room temperature. Makes about 1/2 cup. Extra syrup will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
