Relaxing Easter-Brunch Eggs

These calming, seasonal spring apps are a welcome star on the brunch table – try bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese, or any other toppings for a unique twist on this classic.


  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 dropperful CBD oil of your choice
  • smoked paprika and chopped fresh chives, to garnish


  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove the egg yolks ato a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork completely until they form a fine powder.  Add in the mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, CBD oil, and stir until thoroughly combined.  Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. 
  3. Either using a spoon or a small cookie scoop or a piping bag, fill the inside of the egg whites with the yolk mixture.  Sprinkle each deviled egg with a pinch of paprika and chives, and serve immediately.
